Puppies & Kittens
The initial examination of your puppy or kitten is critical to its well-being and long-term health. The doctors at Dogwood Veterinary Hospital & Pet Resort will pay special attention to a host of important, health-related items, including: breed and gender related predispositions, the development of bones, joints and teeth, parasites (internal and external), normal heart and lung sounds, and condition of the skin, coat and nails.
They will also provide education about proper puppy and kitten care and training, correct diet and appropriate vaccinations.
