If your pet has a small mass on their body, we can also remove the mass or perform a biopsy while they are under sedation for their dental procedure. This is vital because it allows our team to identify other health issues outside of their oral health.

Our Pet Dentist's Process

We begin by doing bloodwork to ensure your pet is healthy enough to receive sedation. This is necessary to perform the dental treatments your dog or cat needs without them experiencing any anxiety. Once the bloodwork is complete and we have determined that your pet can receive anesthesia, we will schedule your pet's dental appointment.

During your dog or cat's dental visit, our dentist will perform a gentle and thorough exam of your pet's teeth, jaws, and gums. We will take dental x-rays to verify the integrity of their oral structures, then discuss the results of our findings with you. Once their dental appointment is complete, we will monitor them while the anesthesia wears off and give you tips and instructions for any necessary homecare.
